Working principle

When the mixed liquid has a feed port into the inner cavity of the high-speed rotating drum, the solid matter with a larger proportion in the mixed liquid rapidly settles to the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force, and is discharged from the solid phase outlet of the drum by the screw pusher. At the same time, the liquid phase with smaller proportion forms the inner liquid ring under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged from the drum through the liquid phase overflow port. The rotary drum and the screw pusher run at high speed at the same time. Due to a certain speed difference between the two, the solids settling on the wall of the rotary drum are continuously pushed to the outlet by the screw pusher, and the whole separation process is continuous.
