Spray dryer

Spray dryer is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. According to the technological requirements, the pressure, flow rate and the size of the jet hole can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain size proportion. Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. The liquid material is sprayed into a mist with special equipment to be dried in contact with hot air.

Can be used for drying ceramic materials, such as alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talc, etc.
